Same Day Delivery
You can now choose from a 2 Hour and Same Day delivery service if you are located within a 15km radius (Same Day) and 10km (2 Hour Service) of participating metro stores in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide.

- The Same Day & 2 Hour Services are available until 12pm local time Monday to Friday
- If your address is not within the eligible radius of a participating store the service will not appear at checkout.
- Not available on weekends and public holidays and is only available to business and residential addresses, no PO boxes.
- If the recipient is unable to accept the parcel the courier will contact you to make alternative arrangements at an additional cost to you
How do I place a same day order?
Simply select and add your desired item to the cart. If your delivery address is eligible, it is before the cut off time and your product is in stock at your closest participating store the same day delivery options will appear at checkout.
Why are the same day shipping options not available at check-out?
The rates may not appear at checkout for the following reasons:
- Your chosen item is not available at your participating store location. In this instance, you can use our Find In Store feature to find an available item or add an alternative item to cart
- Your delivery address is located outside the radius and is therefore not eligible
- The cut off time has passed
What if I need to make changes to my order?
Due to the speedy nature of same day delivery we are unable to make changes to your once it is placed.
What if there is an issue with my order?

What if I'm not their to receive my order?
If you are not at the delivery address to receive your order, the driver will take it back to the store it was dispatched from.
The store will be in contact once it is received back to let you know of your options.
If you'd like to re-book your Same Day & 2 Hour Service, the store will take payment for the delivery cost to re-send or you can pick up in store.
