Can I change my address while my parcel is in transit?

Unfortunately we are not be able to update your address prior to dispatch. Once you receive your shipping confirmation we recommend contacting Australia Post and creating a 'My Post' account and re-directing your package from there.


Sign up to an Australia Post 'My Post' account where you can update your delivery details.

Please note, not all changes can be made depending on what transit status your parcel is in.
