Please note there may be delays with Customised Order styles with our factory closure in China due to Covid.

If you haven't received your order after the 10-12 week time frame, please reach out and we can assist you.

How do I order a customised pair of shoes?

Ordering a custom pair of shoes is easy! Simply visit your closest boutique and pick your style, size and leather with the guidance of our stylists.

Once your order is placed with your stylist, it will be passed onto our factory who will begin preparing your custom order.

Can I customise any Tony Bianco style?

Custom Orders are available on select styles only. Our lovely in store stylists will be able to assist with available styles and leathers.

Is there an additional cost for Custom Orders?

The cost of customising your order is an additional $30.

How long will my order take?

Once you place your order in store, our factory will begin to make your custom shoes. Once they begin, your order will be delivered in approximately 10-12 weeks from when you place your order.

All communication in regards to your Custom Order will be via email.

How much is shipping?

Do you charge Duties and Taxes on Custom Order products?

If you are located internationally outside of Australia, your order may be subject to Duties and Taxes. Any applicable duties and taxes charged are at the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be covered or reimbursed by Tony Bianco.

Can I place my Custom Order online?

Our Custom Orders are an in store exclusive to allow you to select the best size, style and leather for your dream pair.

However, if you are unable to make it in store we recommend contacting one of our boutiques and our lovely in store stylists will be happy to assist you.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Due to the custom nature of your order, once your order is placed and passed onto the factory, we are unable to make any amendments to the size, color or product ordered. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

As your shoes are custom and made especially for you, we are unable to accept change of mind returns or exchanges on any Custom Order products, including size exchanges, unless deemed to have a manufacturing fault.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please email us at with your order number and approximately 3 - 4 clear, close-up photos of the fault and our team will assess and provide further assistance to you.
